- Our minimum order requirement is $150.
- Online ordering available in the United States and Canada only. All other sales must be place via email or phone (see shipping locations).

- All orders shipping to Pennsylvania are subject sales tax.

- Please note we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in our shop. Transparent glass is directly affected by light and its surroundings. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be exactly accurate.
- John Barton Company currently ships to address only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Canada.
- For international shipments, please contact email@example.com or call 215-634-1919 to place your order. Your shipping cost will be calculated based on your total order.
- John Barton Company does not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- US and Canada Shipping Information
- Order processing usually takes two to three (2-3) business days. During peak holiday periods, and with special orders, that time may be longer.
- Business days are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, excluding holidays.
- Please note that John Barton Company is not responsible for incorrect shipping information on orders placed. Please be sure to double check that you have submitted the correct information for fulfillment processing. John Barton Company is not responsible for replacing goods if any customer information is incorrect.

- JBC does not accept personal checks.
- All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. But if you are not, for any reason, simply send it back to us within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange, or full refund of the item price. Returns and exchanges must be made and postmarked within a week of receiving your order. All product must be unused and in original packaging. Please note that credits may take up to 10-14 days to appear on your statement. There are no refunds or exchanges on final sale items, closeouts, promotions and made to order items.
